Digital Products

As soon as you have completed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a download link - if you do not see your order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder.

You can also download your purchase directly from our website.

If you have any queries or issues, please contact us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Digital products are made available for download 3 times, following which they cannot be downloaded again in accordance with our Fair Use Policy, however, you can print them as many times as you like.

No physical item will be shipped.

Shipping Address

If the shipping address for your order changes, please update us as soon as possible - you can do this in your account OR by emailing us at hello@alichemsley.com OR sending us a message using our contact form OR using our 'Chat' feature.

If you update the shipping address or ask us to update the shipping address after your order has been shipped then your order will be shipped to your previous shipping address.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

You can also order from AliceHemsley.com via Shopify's Shop App, which has order tracking. 

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 calendar days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at hello@alichemsley.com or send us a message using our contact form with your name and order number and we will investigate.
